  • 10-20 red tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grape seed oil
  • 3 leaves bay leaf
  • 3 tablespoons oregano
  • a bit of brown sugar
  • fresh parsley
  • sea salt, pepper to taste

Boil the sauce for a short period of time. Serve with pasta
