Pumpkin sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g yellow pumpkin
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mixed parsley
  • salt, pepper
PREPARATION

Wash the pumpkin, peel it and cut it into small pieces. Cover it with water, add a pinch of salt and cook it for a few minutes. Drain the cooked pumpkin, and then blend it with a mixer. Add the sour cream, the parsley, the mayonnaise, salt to taste and mix it all together.
