Whether you’re looking for hearty main dish salad recipes or light, nutritious fare, these salads are far from ordinary.


  • 1/4 cup white wine or apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sweet mustard
  • 2 tablespoons water, to decrease the sourness of the vinegar
  • 1/2 a cup grape seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Mix well all ingredients. One cup salad dressing is obtained. Drizzle over fresh vegetables.
