Sesame and sesame oil salads

Sesame salad

  • 1 lettuce
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 250 g young cheese
  • 100 g sesame
  • 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt

Crush the cheese with a fork so as to form balls the size of a small nut. Roll each ball in fried sesame seeds. Cut the washed tomatoes into slices and mix with the washed and dried lettuce and the cheese and sesame balls. Add salt, sesame oil and lemon juice.
