Sesame and sesame oil salads

INGREDIENTS
- for one large dish, approximately 2 chicken breasts are needed
- gherkins
- mayonnaise
- sour cream
- salt, pepper
- sesame oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- sesame
PREPARATION
Clean the chicken breasts from bones, unless they are previously cleaned, and then cook them. Let them cool down and then dice them into pea-sized cubes. Dice the gherkins into the same size and mix them with the meat, sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir-fry the sesame seeds in little oil so that they become golden, and then add the other mixture. Add the sesame oil, salt and pepper according to taste.
