INGREDIENTS
- 3 big red tomatoes
- 6 yellow pear-shaped tomatoes
- 6 dark-red tomatoes (cherry tomatoes)
- salad dressing
- 1 small onion – finely choppedr
PREPARATION
Cut the big tomatoes into slices and place them in a circle in a big flat plate. Cut the other two kinds of tomatoes and place them on top of the already arranged tomatoes. Cover them with chopped parsley. Drizzle with the salad dressing.
