Whether you’re looking for hearty main dish salad recipes or light, nutritious fare, these salads are far from ordinary.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 big red tomatoes
  • 6 yellow pear-shaped tomatoes
  • 6 dark-red tomatoes (cherry tomatoes)
  • salad dressing
  • 1 small onion – finely choppedr
PREPARATION

Cut the big tomatoes into slices and place them in a circle in a big flat plate. Cut the other two kinds of tomatoes and place them on top of the already arranged tomatoes. Cover them with chopped parsley. Drizzle with the salad dressing.
