Sunflower oil salads
Broccoli and sunflower seeds salad

INGREDIENTS
- 500 g broccoli
- 3 dl thick yogurt
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1/2 dl sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
- 1/2 red onion, chopped in rings
- 1 dl roasted sunflower seeds
PREPARATION
Cut the onion into circles, the peppers into strips, and the hot-dogs and the eggs into cubes. Mix all that with the rice and cover with a mixture of oil, vinegar and salt.
