INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of cold cuts (cold cooked meat)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
- parsley
- salt, pepper
PREPARATION
Boil the eggs and cut them into circles. Remove the cold cut from the can and cut it into circles. Cut the tomatoes and the onion into circles. Mix all that and add the lemon juice. Add salt and pepper, and olive oil. Mix and leave for half an hour. Sprinkle the finely chopped parsley over the salad.
