Olive Oil Salads
Macaroni and tuna salad
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g macaroni
- 250 g white tuna
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 50 g black olives
- 2 pickled red peppers
- celery
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano
- salt, pepper
PREPARATION
Peel the tomatoes and chop in quarters. Dice the peeled cucumber and finely chop the garlic. Mix all the vegetables; add the salt and the pepper. Add the diced cheese and the pitted olives. Sprinkle with oregano. Before serving, add the lemon juice and the olive oil.
