Pumpkin oil ice-cream

Best paired with


  • 1 cup vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin oil

Leave the ice-cream for 15 minute to soften. Mix the oil and the ice-cream, until the green color is lost. Re-freeze the ice-cream for several hours, and then serve. The pumpkin oil gives a surprisingly pleasant taste to the ice-cream.
