INGREDIENTS
- 1 small cup peeled and fried peanuts
- lettuce
- peanut oil
- a few radishes
- young garlic
- 2 gherkins
- vinegar
- salt
PREPARATION
Wash the radishes and the garlic and cut them into circles. Wash the lettuce and dice the gherkins. Mix all the ingredients, cover them with peanut oil and vinegar, add salt and stir.
