INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g string beans
  • 500 g potatoes
  • Swiss chard
  • 2-3 cloves of garlice
  • basil, olive oil
  • salt, pepper
PREPARATION

Wash, clean and boil the string beans. Throw away the first boiled water, and in the second fresh water add the diced potatoes. When the potatoes soften, add the Swiss chard. When the vegetables are fully cooked, remove them from the heat and drain. Add the finely chopped garlic, basil, salt and pepper. At the end, drizzle with olive oil and stir.
